We are requiring everyone to wear a mask correctly and consistently while at Tu Nidito whether you have been vaccinated or not. If you are unable, unwilling or cannot comply with the mask wearing policy, you will be asked to leave.
Please do NOT come to Tu Nidito if you anyone in your household has any of the following symptoms:
o Fever of 100.4°F or higher
o Chills
o Cough
o Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
o Fatigue
o Muscle or body aches
o Headache
o New loss of taste or smell
o Sore throat
o Congestion or runny nose
o Nausea, vomiting, or diarrhea
o Any other symptom of illness, whether or not you believe it’s related to COVID
Please do NOT come to Tu Nidito if you or anyone in your household has been in close contact with any person testing positive for COVID-19 over the past 14 days.
Anyone arriving at Tu Nidito with symptoms or become sick after arrival will be immediately separated from others and sent home.
Any Tu Nidito staff, volunteer or client who tests positive for COVID-19 or have symptoms of COVID-19 and were at Tu Nidito during their infectious period (two days prior to symptom onset or test date if asymptomatic) should notify Tu Nidito’s Executive Director, Liz McCusker, as soon as possible by calling 520-322-9155 or by email to

Tu Nidito administration will notify anyone with possible close-contact when there is a positive case reported.
Close-contact is defined as (per the CDC):
• You were within 6 feet of someone who has COVID-19 for a total of 15 minutes or more
• You provided care at home to someone who is sick with COVID-19
• You had direct physical contact (hugged or kissed) someone who has COVID-19
• You shared eating or drinking utensils with someone who has COVID-19.
• Someone with COVID-19 sneezed, coughed, or somehow got respiratory droplets on you
If you were in close contact, please monitor your symptoms and get a COVID-19 test, available at many Pima County agencies or most pharmacies, 3 to 5 days following exposure and/or follow recommendations for quarantine or self-isolation
